Design Own Security Scheme
Define program access level schemes to restrict module functionalities to specific
users. This module has made program access rights control become easy by allowing
admin to save settings in multiple schemes and assign a scheme to multiple users.
Changes made in a scheme will be automatically applied to users fall in the security
scheme. |

Design Approval Work Flow
Authorized user can design multiple approval work flows for own department. The
designing process can be as easy as adding users into the list and move up/down
to arrange sequence of work flow items. The approval work flows can then be used
in the rest of OA Works modules |

A small function built-in to facilitate admin to distribute latest OA Works patch
file without have to perform updates at each individual PC manually. For all the
