Introducing iMax |
iMax Drawing Management system is a light-weight drawing management software products
that is suitable for manufacturer, especially part manufacturers to categorize,
store and share the drawings over the LAN. Currently, iMax consists of 2 modules,
iMax Manager and iMax Viewer

iMax Manager
The core software module that allows user to import
scanned drawings and provide each drawing with part description. iMax is able to
bind all inter-related drawings and photo images into a single drawing / document
number and therefore, users may like to include snapshots of part manufacturing
guidelines that will display every process of operation, as well as a complete finished
part photo to avoid human mistakes.
iMax is developed with the aim to provide most useful information to production
floor to reduce human mistakes and thus decrease production rejection rate.

iMax Viewer
A simple and user-friendly viewer to view
drawings remotely at production floor, without mouse interaction. It is designed
for operators to quickly search the latest revision of drawings by just providing
the drawing number.
The viewer has the capability to enlarge a portion of drawing, scroll and pan the
drawing image. Besides, it supports entries of daily production output in quantity
pcs of parts produced for each workstation.
